In the mean time they have relocated to Virginia Center Commons where their customer service has gone from outstanding to I will never recommend them again to anyone. The new staff has shown us nothing but disrespect and has no courtesy what so ever for the customer. We have caught them in lies after lies and I know I could not trust them. Be cautious the sales lady that has miss handled this sale is the miss fortune for this company. I will tell everyone of the gross miss treatment this store has given to us.
