In 15 year of homeownership and working with many different types of contractors, I had the best experience working with a contractor ever. Not only was Leo and his team responsive to minor changes and concerns, but they took care of small details that I didn't expect, and weren't explicitly listed in the contract-- this was truly a turnkey project, and a year later, we are still extremely happy with the result. We look forward to working with Leo and company on future projects!
